Since 1990, Dignity Transportation Inc. has proudly provided a wide range of transportation services for individuals with disabilities. We exist for one clear purpose: to ensure that every individual - regardless of mobility needs - has access to safe, reliable transportation. No other transportation company is as well-equipped or experienced in serving the needs of people with disabilities.
To maintain the high level of service our clients have come to expect, we are committed to ensuring that all drivers are properly trained. While specific qualifications vary depending on the type of vehicle and role you are applying for, all successful applicants will complete the required training to become part of our professional team.

As part of the application process, you will be asked which driving position you are applying for. The available opportunities include:
Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle Drivers
We are seeking individuals interested in driving a wheelchair accessible vehicle on a full-time basis (minimum five days per week). Applicants must have at least three years of commercial driving experience. No prior experience with accessible vehicles is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
You may apply to drive a Dignity-owned wheelchair accessible vehicle or bring your own approved accessible vehicle into our fleet.
Sedans, SUVs, and Minivans (School Purpose Vehicles)
If you own a safe and well-maintained sedan, SUV, or minivan, you may apply to join our team as a School Purpose Vehicle driver. Drivers may choose to:
Work every school day with an assigned route transporting one or more students, or
Serve as a backup driver available to assist when coverage is needed.
Drivers in this category may also request training as a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle driver, allowing them to serve as a backup in that division or transition into that role in the future.
Non-Emergency Ambulance Drivers and Attendants
For our non-emergency ambulance division, applicants may apply as a driver or an attendant. Individuals hired as drivers may also work as attendants.
Drivers must have a minimum of three years of commercial driving experience. Both drivers and attendants are required to hold valid First Aid and CPR certification prior to beginning employment.
